宝塔面板安装邮局后查看邮局日志，在日志中看到类似下面的这种情况：

直接在面板的安全 – 系统防火墙 – IP规则禁止这些IP。
已禁止IP：80.94.95.235、80.94.95.239、154.216.16.80、154.216.16.118
